Kevin has been working in patents since 2003, after graduating from Queen’s University in 2001. He has a background in Mechanical Engineering, and has experience with the drafting, filing, and prosecution of patents. Kevin also has experience working with Industrial Designs.

Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, whenever he’s not manning the grill or slicing golf balls into the woods. An avid sports fan, Kevin has been told many times that he is way more invested in his favourite teams than he should be.

 

 

Important note: The Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) has recently undergone major changes to its internal IT system. Consequently, a number of CIPO’s routine operations are experiencing significant delays, including processing correspondence and filings, issuing outgoing correspondence, maintaining accurate application statuses, and more. It is currently unknown when these delays will be resolved, but we will continue to closely monitor all cases and the situation for any developments.
