Geoff is an intellectual property lawyer and trademark agent with a focus on patent and trademark litigation.  He has over 15 years of experience as a litigator and has represented clients before the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, Trademarks Opposition Board and Patent Appeal Board. He has assisted clients in a wide number of industries which include pharmaceuticals, finance, oil and gas, clothing and food services.

Geoff is an avid cyclist and runner. He also enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures.
