The Professional

Amy represents and counsels clients in trademark infringement disputes, oppositions and expungement proceedings. She also assists clients, both local and international, with filing and prosecuting trademark and design applications in Canada.

Amy has given presentations regarding intellectual property rights and acquisition including presentations at the National Franchise and Business Opportunities Show, Ottawa Chamber of Commerce, eWomen’s Network, Business Network International, and the Inventors Association (Ottawa). She has written articles for the Intellectual Property Law Journal, The Lawyers Weekly, Canadian Architect and the International Trademark Association Special Reports.
